BEGIN YOUR EMERGENCE

BENEATH THE SURFACE

The Space Between Death and Rebirth

In anthropology, the term liminal describes the threshold between one state of being and another. It is the space between what has ended and what has not yet fully begun.

I've come to see this as one of the most fascinating aspects of human transformation.

We often talk about awakening, healing, growth, and becoming. We celebrate the moment when someone finally recognizes their truth, makes a life-changing decision, or steps into a new chapter.

But what about everything that happens in between?

What happens when the old identity has begun to dissolve, but the new one hasn't taken shape?

What happens when you no longer recognize yourself, your previous goals no longer inspire you, and the things that once made sense no longer do?

This is the space I want to explore through Emergence.

I often think about the transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly. We are so familiar with the beautiful image of the butterfly emerging, but the chrysalis represents something equally extraordinary.

There is a period of profound restructuring. The caterpillar's previous form is being transformed, and the butterfly has not yet emerged.

As a metaphor for human transformation, I find this incredibly powerful.

There are times when we are called to release our attachment to who we've been without yet having the certainty of who we're becoming.

We cannot force the butterfly to emerge. We cannot rush the process or demand that the next version of ourselves reveal itself on our timeline.

But we can learn to participate in the process with awareness, curiosity, compassion, and trust.

And perhaps most importantly, we can learn that we are not lost simply because we are in between.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Why the In-Between Can Feel So Disorienting

As human beings, we naturally seek familiarity, stability, and a sense of identity. We want to know who we are, where we belong, what we believe, and what comes next.

Our identities help us make sense of the world. They influence our decisions, relationships, expectations, and the way we understand our place in life. So when an identity begins to dissolve, it can feel as though we're losing our footing.

You might experience:

  • Identity confusion: No longer recognizing yourself or relating to the person you've been.
  • Loss of direction: Feeling uncertain about your purpose, desires, relationships, or next chapter.
  • Grief and attachment: Mourning aspects of your former life, even when you know you're ready for something different.
  • Disconnection: Feeling distant from your intuition, spiritual connection, or the things that once gave you meaning.
  • Resistance and fear: Wanting to return to what is familiar because the unknown feels uncomfortable.
  • Restlessness: Sensing that something is changing internally without knowing how to express or articulate it.
  • A desire for authenticity: Feeling increasingly unwilling to live according to expectations, identities, or beliefs that no longer reflect who you are.

You might even find yourself questioning whether you're moving forward or spinning in circles.

The temptation is to search for immediate answers, create a new identity, or rush into the next chapter just to escape the discomfort of not knowing.

But the in-between deserves our attention, too.

It is a sacred space where we can examine what has shaped us, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and begin distinguishing between the identities we've inherited, adopted, or created to survive and the deeper truth of who we are.

BEGIN YOUR EMERGENCE

WHEN AWARENESS ISN'T ENOUGH

When the Person You've Been No Longer Feels Like You

There are times in our lives when something within us begins to change so profoundly that we can no longer relate to ourselves in the way we once did.

The life we've built may still be standing. Our responsibilities haven't disappeared. The people around us may see the same person they've always known. But internally, something has shifted.

The beliefs, identities, relationships, ambitions, and expectations that once gave our lives structure and meaning begin to feel different. Things we once wanted may no longer resonate. Roles we've occupied for years may suddenly feel restrictive. Even the way we understand our purpose, our relationships, and our connection with God can begin to change.

We find ourselves somewhere between who we've been and who we're becoming.

We know we cannot go back, but we don't know how to move forward.

I know this experience intimately. I've walked through profound periods of identity transformation, moments when everything I thought I knew about myself seemed to be dissolving, leaving me questioning what was real, what was changing, and what was still true.

One of the things I've come to understand is that transformation often involves allowing what we've built our identities around to fall away so that something more authentic can emerge.

This isn't always comfortable. In fact, it can be incredibly disorienting and scary!

But what if the uncertainty you're experiencing isn't something you need to immediately fix? What if there is something meaningful to discover within this space?

Emergence™ is a 28-day guided spiritual journey created for this very experience.

Together, we'll explore the liminal space between identities, deepen our relationship with God and Spirit, honour what is ending, reconnect with what is true, and create space for the next expression of ourselves to emerge.

BEGIN YOUR EMERGENCE

A Journey of Recognition, Reclamation and Becoming

I believe one of the greatest challenges of transformation is learning to remain patient when we cannot yet see what is taking shape.

We want to know that everything is going to work out.We want reassurance that we're making the right decisions and that something meaningful is waiting on the other side.

But there is also something profoundly important about developing a relationship with ourselves and the Divine that isn't dependent on having all the answers.

We can pray without knowing what comes next. We can ask for guidance without demanding an immediate response. We can learn to listen, discern, and trust our own inner knowing while remaining open to possibilities we cannot yet see.

This is the intention behind Emergence. Not to tell you who you should become, but to create space for you to recognize what is changing, reclaim what is true, and consciously participate in the unfolding of your next chapter.

NAVIGATING THE IN-BETWEEN

Introducing Emergence

Emergence is a four-week spiritual immersion for those navigating the space between an old identity and a new expression of themselves.

Through spiritual teachings, live gatherings, daily prayer transmissions, guided spiritual journeys, energetic practices, personal reflection, and community, we'll explore the deeper dimensions of identity transformation.

Over 28 days, we'll move through four interconnected phases inspired by the process of metamorphosis.

The Four Phases of Emergence

When everything familiar begins to shift, we can find ourselves caught in thoughts and patterns that make an already difficult experience feel even more overwhelming.

PHASE ONE: RECOGNITION

Recognizing What Is Changing

Before we can consciously participate in transformation, we need to recognize what is actually happening.

We'll explore identity, conditioning, inherited beliefs, familiar roles, and the internal shifts that may be signalling that an old way of being no longer fits.

We'll examine:

  • Understanding identity and the role it plays in our lives.

  • Recognizing the beliefs, roles, and expectations that have shaped us.

  • Exploring the difference between who we are and who we've learned to be.

  • Understanding the liminal phase and why transformation can feel disorienting.

  • Developing awareness of resistance, fear, and attachment.

  • Creating space for curiosity rather than immediate answers.

PHASE TWO: THE UNRAVELLING

Honouring the Death of the Old Identity

Transformation often involves grief. Even when we're ready to move forward, we may need to acknowledge what we're leaving behind.

This phase is about exploring the identities, attachments, relationships, expectations, and familiar ways of being that are coming to an end.

We'll explore:

  • Grieving and honouring who we've been.

  • Recognizing survival identities and protective patterns.

  • Exploring ancestral influences, inherited beliefs, and conditioning.

  • Examining attachments to familiar roles and expectations.

  • Prayer, forgiveness, energetic release, and symbolic letting-go practices.

  • Learning to release without rejecting or judging our former selves.

PHASE THREE: THE LIMINAL SPACE

Learning to Be in the In-Between

This is the heart of Emergence.

The old identity is no longer fully available to us, but the new expression of ourselves hasn't yet taken shape.

Rather than treating this uncertainty as a problem, we'll explore how to inhabit this space with greater awareness, spiritual connection, and trust.

We'll explore:

  • Understanding the psychology and spirituality of the liminal phase.

  • Navigating uncertainty without rushing into another identity.

  • Deepening our relationship with God/Source and the Higher Self.

  • Developing intuition, discernment, and trust in our inner guidance.

  • Exploring surrender, presence, and receptivity.

  • Learning to recognize the difference between fear, expectation, and inner knowing.

PHASE FOUR: EMERGENCE

Reclaiming What Is True and Becoming

As we become more familiar with the space between identities, we can begin turning toward what wants to emerge.

This isn't about creating a new version of ourselves to replace the old one. It's about allowing a more authentic expression of who we are to take shape.

We'll explore:

  • Reconnecting with our soul's wisdom, desires, and values.

  • Recognizing what feels authentic and aligned.

  • Exploring new possibilities without needing to define everything.

  • Reclaiming our agency, voice, and personal truth.

  • Translating spiritual insights into everyday choices and actions.

  • Creating practices to support continued integration and becoming.

THE WORK BEHIND THE WORK

A Personal Invitation From Me

I've experienced these periods of transformation more times than I can count.

There have been times when everything I thought I knew about myself, my purpose, my relationships, and my connection with God seemed to change.

I've experienced the confusion of no longer recognizing the person I once was, the grief of letting go of identities and dreams, and the uncertainty of having no idea what would come next.

What I've come to understand is that we can spend so much of our lives trying to become someone, trying to meet expectations, trying to fulfil roles, and trying to make sense of who we are supposed to be that we sometimes lose touch with what is actually true for us.

And sometimes transformation asks us to question all of it.

Not because everything we've been was wrong, but because we are continually evolving, learning, remembering, and discovering new expressions of ourselves.

Before dedicating myself to The Conscious Human, I spent  20 years in social work and human services, supporting people through trauma, grief, mental health challenges, and significant life transitions.

Alongside that experience, I've pursued training in spiritual development, regression, energy healing, Soul Contract work, and intuitive spiritual guidance. I'm also the creator of The Soul Reclamation Method™.

Emergence brings together so much of what I've learned through my own experiences and the work I've done with others.

My intention isn't to give you another identity to step into or tell you what your transformation should look like.

It's to offer a space where you can explore what is unfolding, reconnect with your own wisdom, and discover what it means to live from a deeper sense of truth.

I'd be honoured to share this journey with you.

With love,

Michele

AN INVITATION

When You’re Ready to Begin

You don't have to know who you're becoming to begin.

You don't have to have all the answers, a clear plan, or a vision of what your future looks like.

You can begin right here, in the middle of the questions, the uncertainty, the letting go, and the becoming.

Together, we'll explore what it means to honour who you've been, make space for who you're becoming, and reconnect with the truth that has been there beneath it all.

You are not lost. You are in between.

And there is something meaningful about learning to meet yourself here.
