In this document, “The Conscious Human,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Conscious Human Soul Development Inc.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in any offerings provided by The Conscious Human, you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Conscious Human Soul Development Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada, and you consent to the terms outlined below.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use this website or services.

2. Nature of Services

The Conscious Human provides spiritual mentorship, soul development guidance, identity reclamation services, and educational and digital learning offerings through The Soul Reclamation Method™. Our offerings are rooted in personal development, somatic awareness, subconscious exploration, and spiritual and intuitive frameworks.

Services may include:

1:1 mentorship containers and soul development sessions
Soul Contract sessions
Past Life and Between-Life Regression sessions
Energy-based and intuitive healing sessions
Group programs and memberships
Digital resources, courses, memberships, and audio tools

These services are intended for self-awareness, personal growth, and spiritual exploration only. They are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical services.

3. Scope of Practice

You acknowledge and agree that:

Michele Edwards is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker in a clinical capacity, or medical professional within this work
Services provided through The Conscious Human do not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment
No diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical intervention is provided
This work is spiritual mentorship and soul reclamation work — not a substitute for regulated professional care

What This Work Includes

Guided self-reflection and soul-level pattern recognition
Exploration of personal patterns, beliefs, conditioning, and lived experiences
Somatic awareness and embodiment practices
Spiritual and intuitive interpretation through The Soul Reclamation Method™
Past life, between-life, and subconscious exploration in a spiritual context

What This Work Does Not Include

Treatment of trauma, mental illness, or psychological disorders
Crisis intervention or stabilization
Medical or psychiatric care
Advice intended to replace licensed professional support

If clinical, medical, or crisis support is required, you agree to seek appropriate licensed care independently. The Conscious Human does not provide emergency support services. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services, or a suicide crisis helpline (in Canada and the U.S., call or text 988; elsewhere, contact your local crisis line).

4. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and accept that this work may involve:

Emotional discomfort or temporary distress
Heightened awareness of past experiences or suppressed material
The emergence of memories, imagery, somatic sensations, or symbolic experiences
Shifts in identity, beliefs, relationships, or life direction

Regression & Subconscious Work

You understand that:

Experiences during regression or intuitive sessions may be symbolic, interpretive, or subjective in nature
They are not guaranteed to represent objective or factual historical events
These sessions are conducted as spiritual exploration, not as clinical hypnotherapy or psychological treatment
You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and integrate these experiences

Group Container Consent

Where services are delivered in a group setting, you acknowledge that:

Other participants may hear personal disclosures you choose to share
Group participants are asked to maintain confidentiality, but The Conscious Human cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties
You are responsible for choosing what to share within a group environment

Personal Responsibility

You agree that you are voluntarily participating, that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and integration, and that you will seek additional professional support if needed.

5. Client Eligibility & Suitability

Services are intended for individuals who:

Are 18 years of age or older
Are emotionally and psychologically stable
Are capable of self-responsibility and integration
Are not in acute psychological, psychiatric, or medical crisis

Services Are Not Suitable For

Individuals in active mental health crisis
Individuals experiencing suicidal ideation or intent
Individuals requiring clinical stabilization
Individuals in active, unmanaged addiction

The Conscious Human reserves the right to decline or terminate services if a client is not an appropriate fit, with or without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Michele Edwards.

6. No Guarantees

Transformation varies between individuals. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. Results depend on your participation, readiness, and integration. Experiences are subjective and are not predictable. Nothing in our marketing materials, website content, or testimonials constitutes a guarantee of any specific result.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full, or via an agreed payment plan, prior to or at commencement of services. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Payment plans: Where a payment plan has been agreed upon, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of your continued participation. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of service access without refund of amounts already paid.

Taxes: Applicable taxes (including GST/HST where required) will be applied at checkout in accordance with Canadian tax law.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — where significant preparation, scheduling, and immediate access are provided upon enrollment — all sales are considered final once services are rendered or access is granted.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

Completed sessions
Missed or unused sessions where notice requirements were not met
Digital products, audio tools, or any materials that have been accessed
Membership periods already billed
Group containers once the program has commenced

Service Definition

A service is considered “rendered” when: a session has taken place; access to materials, a membership, or a course has been granted; or a group container has commenced.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from The Conscious Human, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent termination of access and recovery of associated fees.

Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of The Conscious Human.

9. Session, Container & Membership Terms

Sessions

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe or container duration
Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time
Late cancellations within the notice window, or no-shows, may be forfeited without refund
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full session rate
If The Conscious Human must cancel or reschedule a session, a replacement session will be offered at a mutually agreeable time

Containers

Sessions must be used within the container duration
Unused sessions expire at the end of the container unless otherwise agreed in writing
The practitioner reserves the right to end a container early if the client is not an appropriate fit (see Section 18)

Memberships

Recurring billing applies unless cancelled
Cancellation prevents future billing only; it does not refund payments already made
Cancellation must be submitted to [email protected] prior to the next billing cycle to avoid the subsequent charge
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods already charged

10. Communication Boundaries

Unless explicitly included as part of an offer:

Between-session support is not included or guaranteed
Communication is limited to designated channels via email or Telegram
Response times are not immediate and are not available for urgent matters

This work does not include crisis or emergency support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or a crisis line immediately.

11. Recording & Data Use

You acknowledge and agree that:

Certain sessions or group calls may be recorded for your personal reference and program delivery
You will be notified before recording begins
Recordings are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission
You are responsible for downloading and storing any recordings you wish to retain
Recording by participants is not permitted unless prior written permission has been granted

The Conscious Human is not responsible for long-term storage of recordings and does not guarantee indefinite access to files. Specific access windows for program recordings will be communicated at enrollment. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on how recordings are handled.

12. Digital Content & Product Use

You agree that:

All digital content, audio materials, and resources are for your personal use only
You will not use audio or guided content while driving or performing any activity requiring your full attention
You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and environmental safety when engaging with content
You will not share, distribute, or reproduce paid content without written permission

The Conscious Human is not responsible for any effects experienced through misuse, unsupervised use, or use in circumstances that are not physically or emotionally safe.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and content created by The Conscious Human Soul Development Inc. are protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright law. This includes, without limitation:

The Soul Reclamation Method™
The 7 Survival Selves™
The Seven Soul Selves™
The Soul Archetype Arc™
All associated names, diagrams, models, exercises, graphics, and written frameworks
All course materials, audio tools, written content, and program curricula

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, teach, or repurpose this work as your own. You may not share paid content publicly. Any unauthorized use of The Conscious Human’s intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal action.

14. Confidentiality

The Conscious Human treats all personal information, disclosures, and session content shared by clients as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with third parties except:

As required by law or court order
Where there is reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to you or others
With your explicit written consent

You acknowledge that in group containers, other participants will hear disclosures shared in the group space, and that the practitioner cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants. See Section 4 for group consent terms.

15. Spiritual & Intuitive Disclaimer

You acknowledge that all intuitive insights, interpretations, spiritual frameworks, and session content are subjective in nature. They are offered as perspectives for exploration and reflection, not as absolute truth, clinical diagnosis, or prediction of future events. You retain full authority over your own decisions, beliefs, and actions at all times.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Conscious Human and Michele Edwards are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, emotional or psychological outcomes, or decisions or actions taken based on services or content.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions. If applicable law in your jurisdiction restricts these exclusions, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Conscious Human Soul Development Inc. and Michele Edwards from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in services, your interpretation or application of information received, or your use of the website or materials.

18. Termination of Services

The Conscious Human reserves the right to terminate services with or without prior notice if:

Boundaries outlined in these Terms are not respected
Payment obligations are not fulfilled
The client is determined not to be an appropriate fit for the work
Continued engagement is not in the client's best interest

In the event of termination by The Conscious Human for reasons other than non-payment or boundary violations, a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid sessions may be considered at the sole discretion of The Conscious Human. Fees already paid for sessions rendered, materials accessed, or containers commenced will not be refunded.

19. Force Majeure

The Conscious Human will not be in breach of these Terms due to any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, technology failure, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise accommodate affected services.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or any services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you by email prior to the change taking effect, where we hold your contact information. Your continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For non-material updates, the revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
