Sometimes a Different Perspective Opens Something New
There are times when the way we have understood something no longer seems to explain the whole of our experience. A pattern keeps returning. A relationship or transition brings something into clearer view. The identity we have lived from no longer feels quite right, or we find ourselves questioning what we want, what feels true now and who we may be becoming.
At other times, the questions reach beyond our everyday lives. We may want to understand something we have sensed for years, reconnect with our intuition or spiritual nature, or explore experiences that seem to reach beyond the story of this lifetime.
My 1:1 Soul Sessions offer three distinct ways of entering this work.
We might explore the deeper influences beneath a present-day pattern, widen the lens through the perspective of your soul, or enter an experiential journey into soul memory and expanded awareness.
Across all three, your own experience, inner knowing and discernment remain central.

Roots of Reclamation™ begins with something you are experiencing now: a recurring pattern, relationship dynamic, emotional response or way of being you understand but still find yourself returning to.
Together, we explore the subconscious beliefs, formative and inner-child experiences, ancestral patterns and energetic imprints that may be reinforcing the pattern or one of the Survival Selves™ you learned to live through. As those underlying influences become visible and begin to shift, you can respond with greater awareness, self-trust and conscious choice.

When you’re ready to see your life through a wider lens
Divine Soul Blueprint™ is a 90-minute Soul Contract and channeled exploration of the gifts, qualities, themes, challenges and deeper patterns woven through your soul blueprint.
We explore the chart alongside your lived experience and inner knowing, allowing it to become a map for deeper self-understanding and Remembrance rather than something that defines who you are or determines the choices you make.

When you feel called to explore beyond this lifetime
The Remembrance Regression™ is an immersive Past Life, Between-Life and multidimensional journey into soul memory, expanded awareness and deeper Remembrance.
In a relaxed, receptive state, you may explore what feels like another lifetime, the space between lives, spiritual or multidimensional experiences, connection with your Higher Self or Guides, or somewhere neither of us anticipated. What arises can then be brought back into relationship with the life you are living now.
PRIVATE SOUL RECLAMATION MENTORSHIP™
When You’re Ready for the Deeper Journey
Sometimes a single session is enough to explore what is present. At other times, the changes you are moving through benefit from greater continuity and support.
Private Soul Reclamation Mentorship™ is my nine-month, highly personalized journey for women who are navigating meaningful change in their lives or sense that an identity they have lived from is beginning to loosen, and want sustained support through that transition.
Together, we move through the full arc of the Soul Reclamation Method™: Recognition, Remembrance, Reclamation, Becoming and Embodiment. Our work responds to what is actually unfolding in your life and may include grounded conversation, exploration of the Survival Selves™, subconscious and somatic inquiry, energetic and ancestral work, intuitive guidance and soul-level exploration.
Your mentorship also includes a Divine Soul Blueprint™ and The Remembrance Regression™, giving us space to explore what these experiences reveal and, importantly, integrate that understanding into your relationships, choices, expression and everyday life.
