THE SOUL RECLAMATION METHOD™

Remember. Reclaim. Become.

A multidimensional pathway for recognizing the identities and patterns that have shaped you, remembering and reclaiming more of what is true for you, and learning to live with greater self-trust, conscious choice and expression.

There is more to who you are than the story you have known so far.

A MULTIDIMENSIONAL APPROACH

Transformation Happens on More Than One Level

There are times when the identity we have lived from no longer feels able to carry us forward. We may recognize who we have learned to be: the capable one, the accommodating one, the achiever, the strong one, the one who keeps searching, while becoming increasingly aware of the patterns that continue to shape how we live.

This is often where Soul Reclamation begins.

We can understand a pattern intellectually and still find ourselves living it. A belief may shift while the body continues to respond in familiar ways. Some patterns have roots in our families or ancestral experience, while other experiences may seem to reach beyond the story of this lifetime.

The Soul Reclamation Method™ allows us to explore what is arising across interconnected dimensions of our experience. Depending on the person and what comes forward, this may include subconscious, somatic, ancestral, energetic, spiritual and multidimensional layers.

I tend to think of these as three broad dimensions:

THE BODY

The Felt Experience

Our emotions, sensations, nervous system and embodied responses can hold experiences and patterns that may not be fully accessible through conscious understanding alone. The body can help us recognize what is happening beneath the story and how old patterns may still be shaping our responses.

THE SUBCONSCIOUS

The Hidden Patterning

Beliefs, conditioning, survival identities, emotional imprints and inherited or ancestral patterns can influence how we see ourselves, what we expect, the choices we make and what we believe is possible, often without our conscious awareness.

THE SOUL

The Deeper Remembering

This dimension opens into intuition, inner wisdom, energetic and spiritual experience, our relationship with soul and God/Source, and the possibility that there may be aspects of our experience that extend beyond our current human identity.

Through regression and other forms of multidimensional exploration, memories, gifts, wisdom or aspects of Self may sometimes arise in ways that feel remembered, retrieved or reclaimed. I hold these experiences with curiosity and discernment, allowing what emerges to offer insight without needing to define exactly what it means.

Our human experience and our spiritual nature are both part of the work.

THE SOUL RECLAMATION METHOD™

The Five Phases of Soul Reclamation

Recognition · Remembrance · Reclamation · Becoming · Embodiment

The five phases offer a pathway for understanding the work rather than a rigid sequence to follow. We may move between phases, experience several at once or return to something we have encountered before from a different place within ourselves.

01 — RECOGNITION

Seeing what has shaped you.

Recognition is the process of becoming conscious of what may be influencing how we live. This can include beliefs, conditioning, identities, relationship and family patterns, subconscious material, inherited influences and the protective adaptations we learned in response to our experiences.

One of the frameworks I use within this phase is the Seven Survival Selves™ — The Good Girl, The High Achiever, The Guard, The Exile, The Overgiver, The Collapsed and The Seeker. These are patterns of adaptation that can become so familiar they begin to feel like who we are.

Every Survival Self is a soul quality in exile.

Recognition is not about getting rid of these parts of ourselves. It helps us see when a Survival Self has taken the lead, understand what she has been protecting and begin recognizing the qualities of Self that may have had less freedom for expression while the pattern was leading.

02 — REMEMBRANCE

Reconnecting with what is true.

Remembrance is the process of reconnecting with parts of ourselves and aspects of our deeper nature that may have become quiet, forgotten or difficult to access.

This can include our voice, intuition, sensitivity, creativity, desires, spiritual nature and relationship with God/Source. It can also widen our understanding of who and what we are beyond the roles, identities and stories through which we have come to know ourselves.

Sometimes what we begin to recognize are the qualities that existed beneath the adaptation all along: truth, vision, courage, presence, wisdom, leadership, devotion or other expressions of our deeper Self.

03 — RECLAMATION

Bringing what is true back into conscious relationship.

Reclamation is the process of restoring conscious relationship with qualities, desires, capacities and ways of being that may have become quieter, more contained or less available while survival adaptations were leading. We may reclaim our voice, boundaries, desires, creativity, sensitivity, intuition, spirituality, power, gifts, wisdom, play or expression.

In multidimensional work, reclamation can also include experiences that may feel like soul retrieval, where qualities, memories, wisdom or aspects of Self seem to be remembered or retrieved through deeper soul experience.

I understand wholeness as inherent. Reclamation is about becoming more consciously connected to what belongs to that wholeness and more able to live from it.

04 — BECOMING

Navigating the sacred in-between.

Becoming is the sacred in-between, a threshold where the identity we have known may be loosening while the next expression of our life is still taking form.

This phase asks us to stay present without rushing to replace one identity with another. We strengthen discernment, learn to tolerate uncertainty and begin making conscious choices from what feels true, even before we know exactly where those choices will lead.

05 — EMBODIMENT

Living what you remember.

Embodiment is where what has been recognized, remembered and reclaimed begins to become the way we actually live. It can influence the way we make decisions, relate to others, hold boundaries, care for our bodies, work, create, parent, express ourselves and respond when familiar patterns arise.

Our relationship with our inner wisdom, soul and God/Source also becomes something increasingly lived rather than something we understand only intellectually or spiritually. What we remember begins to take form through how we choose to live.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES

Soul Reclamation Is a Spiral

The five phases are not something we complete once.

Different experiences and relationships, or simply changes in our lives, can reveal something we were not able to see before. A familiar pattern may return from another angle. A quality we reclaimed years ago may take on new meaning or become more fully expressed as our lives change. A spiritual or multidimensional experience may deepen our understanding of something we thought we already knew.

And so the spiral continues.

Recognition sees what has been shaping us.

Remembrance reconnects us with what is true.

Reclamation brings what is true back into relationship with our lives.

Becoming teaches us to navigate the space between who we have been and who we are becoming.

Embodiment brings that remembrance into the way we live.

Each movement around the spiral can bring us into conscious relationship with another aspect of ourselves, our souls and our experience.

I believe we are inherently whole. Soul Reclamation is the process of becoming increasingly able to know, access and live from that wholeness.
