Seven Truths of The Conscious Human

Oct 28, 2026

There are certain understandings I've returned to again and again throughout my life. Some came through years of working alongside people in difficult circumstances. Others emerged through my own healing, spiritual exploration, regression experiences, and channeling.

They've become the foundation of how I understand The Conscious Human.

I don't offer them as rules to follow or beliefs anyone needs to adopt. My understanding of life, God, and consciousness has changed enormously over the years, and I hope I never stop questioning and learning.

These are simply seven truths that have become deeply meaningful to me.

1. We Are Not Separate

I believe we're connected to one another, the Earth, and God/Source in ways we don't yet fully understand.

And yet, so much of our human experience is shaped by separation. We divide ourselves by our beliefs, cultures, identities, and experiences. We learn to see people as different from us, and can forget that beneath those differences we're sharing the same complicated human experience.

I wonder how differently we'd treat one another if we remembered that our lives are connected, and that what we do has consequences beyond ourselves.

2. Wholeness Is Our Original Nature

Life shapes us. Through our families, relationships, cultures, and experiences, we learn what feels safe to express, what earns belonging, and which parts of ourselves are better kept hidden.

So we adapt. We become strong, agreeable, independent, invisible, successful, or whatever we believe we need to be.

I've come to see how easily those adaptations can become identities we mistake for who we are.

But the sensitivity, creativity, vulnerability, courage, and other qualities we've silenced aren't necessarily gone. I believe they can be remembered and reclaimed.

There is a wholeness beneath the identities we've learned to live through.

3. Awareness Gives Us Choice

I've seen how deeply our conditioning and unconscious patterns can influence our lives. I've also experienced how frustrating it can be to understand a pattern and still find myself repeating it.

We react from old wounds, carry beliefs we've never questioned, and continue doing what feels familiar, even when it no longer serves us.

Awareness doesn't automatically change everything. But it allows us to recognize what's happening, to understand what may be influencing us, and to consider a different response.

Awareness gives us choice. And those choices shape the lives we're creating.

4. Who We've Learned to Be Is Not the Limit of Who We Can Become

For years, I believed certain things about myself were simply who I was. Some of those identities helped me survive. Others helped me succeed or feel accepted.

Eventually I began recognizing how many of them were learned.

We are shaped by our histories, but we aren't limited to repeating them. We can discover new ways of relating, creating, loving, and expressing ourselves.

Who we've been is part of our story. It doesn't have to determine everything that comes next.

5. We Are More Than This Lifetime

Through regression, channeling, and my own experiences exploring consciousness beyond the physical, I've come to believe our existence extends beyond this one human lifetime.

I believe our souls carry experiences and wisdom that we don't always consciously remember while we're here.

I also know these are my own spiritual understandings, shaped by experiences that are deeply personal. I don't expect everyone to interpret existence the way I do.

There's so much mystery to life and consciousness. I'd rather encourage curiosity and personal exploration than tell anyone what they must believe.

6. Forgetting Creates Disconnection. Remembrance Brings Us Home.

I think many of us experience a kind of soul amnesia. We become so identified with our human roles, wounds, responsibilities, and expectations that we lose touch with our spiritual nature and our deeper knowing.

For me, remembrance is the ongoing return to ourselves, our souls, Spirit, and our connection with life.

And it has to reach beyond the moments when we feel spiritually connected.

What happens when we return to our families, our relationships, our work, and the things that challenge us? How do we treat ourselves and others? What do we choose when we're afraid or uncertain?

What we remember is meant to change how we live.

7. Truth Lives Within Us

I've spent years searching for answers through books, teachers, healers, spiritual practices, and experiences that have taught me a great deal.

But I've also learned how easily we can give our power away when we assume someone else knows our truth better than we do.

One of the most important parts of my own journey has been learning to trust myself, strengthen my relationship with God/Spirit, my Soul, and practice discernment alongside spiritual openness.

We can learn from others and receive guidance while remaining responsible for what we choose to believe and how we live.
