THE CONSCIOUS HUMAN™

A Philosophy for Conscious Living

Seven truths anchor the heart of The Conscious Human — truths about who we are, what shapes us and what becomes possible when we remember ourselves as souls, while becoming more fully, consciously human.

Personal remembrance as a catalyst for collective change

THE VISION

A More Conscious Humanity

Awakened one person at a time

I envision women who remember their power while honoring their sensitivity; who trust their intuition alongside discernment; who embrace their spiritual nature while being deeply present within their humanity; and who recognize the influence they have within their own lives, families, communities and the wider world.

When a woman remembers who she is, something changes in the way she lives. She creates differently, leads differently, loves differently and makes different choices about how she is going to show up.

THE MISSION

To Awaken Women to the Truth of Who They Are

And the possibilities of who they can become.

Through soul exploration, remembrance, reclamation, spiritual connection, conscious living and community, I create experiences and places of connection that invite women to reconnect with their voice, power, intuition, creativity, feminine wisdom and relationship with God/Source.

At the heart of this work is a deep respect for each woman’s own inner knowing, supporting her in strengthening her relationship with herself, her soul and God/Source so she can discern what feels true, lead herself with greater consciousness and bring more of who she is into her life and the world.

THE SEVEN CONSCIOUS TRUTHS

Truths for Remembering Who We Are

01

We Are Not Separate

Belonging is deeper than performance. We exist in relationship with one another, the Earth and Spirit.

02

Wholeness Is Our Original Nature

Parts of ourselves may become quiet, hidden or disconnected, but they are not necessarily gone.

03

Awareness Gives Us Choice

Seeing conditioning, patterns and inherited influences opens the possibility for conscious response, discernment and choice.

04

Who We Have Learned to Be Is Not the Limit of Who We Can Become

The familiar is not the only possibility. Sensitivity, intuition, creativity and difference can become sources of strength and leadership.

05

We Are More Than This Lifetime

Our lives can be understood within a larger story of soul. The Conscious Human holds a multidimensional view of who and what we are, while honoring mystery and each person’s own beliefs and interpretation.

06

Forgetting Creates Disconnection. Remembrance Brings Us Home.

Remembrance is an ongoing return to self, soul, Spirit, relationship and conscious participation in life.

07

Truth Lives Within Us

Inner knowing deepens through discernment, embodiment, lived experience and relationship with Spirit. The more we strengthen that relationship within ourselves, the more consciously we can choose what feels true.

THE LARGER VISION

What We Remember Changes How We Live

I imagine what becomes possible when women raise children with greater consciousness, create businesses and communities from deeper alignment, bring new ideas into the world, change inherited patterns and allow themselves to imagine beyond what previous generations believed was available.

What a woman awakens within herself becomes part of what she makes possible for those who come after her.
